Boats & Motors

We offer two boat options for our fishing packages:

1. Standard Boats

These boats are our work horses. They are 16' Lund WC16's or Naden Big Fish boats. Outboards are 4 stroke / 15 hp - either Yamaha or Honda.

Our standard boat is equipped with swivel seats (mounted on the bench), fish finder, 30lb trolling motor (mounted on transom), life jackets, paddles, rubber landing net and anchor. Charged batteries are available in the fish cleaning house beside the docks.

As with all our boats, unlimited gas is included and an in-boat orientation where we show you navigation, fishing spots and answer any questions you have about the fishing or equipment.

Unlimited bait is included in our packages and we supply bait containers and minnow buckets.

2. Upgrade Boats

We started offering an upgraded boat option in 2011. Although the standard boat is more than ample for our waters, we thought offering a boat with some more comforts and conveniences would be a nice choice for some of our guests. They certainly have been a popular addition to our fleet!

The upgrade boats are 16' Lund Fury's with either a 25 hp or 30 hp Yamaha 4 stroke electric start motor.

The boats are equipped with a flat bottom & casting deck, pedestal seats, a live well and side storage bins, a fish finder, a 55 lb bow mounted (foot pedal controlled) trolling motor, battery charger (for plug in charging at the dock), life jackets, paddles, rubber landing net and anchor.

As with all of our boats, unlimited gas is included and an in-boat orientation where we show you navigation, fishing spots and answer any questions you have about the fishing or equipment.

Unlimited bait is included in our packages and we supply bait containers and minnow buckets.

All boats give you access to a boat trailer if you wish to trailer to any off system lakes.

3. Remote / portage lake boats & motors (and canoes)

On our boat caches on our portage lakes, we have a variety of 16' or 14' Lund or Naden skiffs with bench seats.

6 hp, 9.9 hp and 15 hp motors and paddles are on the boats. You have to bring in gas, life jackets, portable depth finders (if you want to use them).
