Many Ontario whitetail deer hunters take part in the action hunting the big bucks and does that the area is known for. Extra doe tags are usually available (each year) through the MNR for these WMU's, but we encourage you to check into this & acquire any extra tags well in advance of your hunt.

We are located in WMU 12B and are approximately 1 mile from WMU 11A. WMU 12A is about 40 minutes by truck.
Logging is ongoing in our area. The most common logging roads our hunters utilize are the Sunshine Rd , Sapawe Road, Manion Lake Road, Highways #11 & Highway 622, Flanders Road, Camp River Road and countless others.
Ruffed& Spruce Grouse hunting can be excellent during moose & deer season so many of our hunters bring shotguns with them to bag a tasty meal of grouse to enjoy after a long day hunting.
We also offer boat & canoe rentals (for fishing or those times the moose are hanging around water), as well as sell maps, gas, ice and other basic supplies.
We're a small, family run camp that has been in business for over 40 years. We are always happy to help with suggestions, directions etc.
Local guides are available as well with advance notice.
